Pyrolytic system power supply line

  • 1 bridge crane for waste handling;

  • 1 electronic waste transfer bucket;

  • 1 waste shredding / iron removal system;

  • 2 reactor loading hoppers;

  • 2 feed augers to the reactor fitted with seals, supports and fittings.

Pyrolytic line

  • 2 pyrolytic reactors, each fitted with a rotation system, sealing systems, double clapet valve for biochar discharge, insulated jacket with cavity for the passage of hot fumes and heating ramps for syngas and / or LPG;

  • 2 screw conveyors, tubular version, for the recirculation and refinement of the biochar with relative supports and fittings;

  • 4 cyclones for dust abatement, directly connected to the quenching system;

  • 4 quenches for syngas cooling.

Electrical system

  • Electrical panel with incorporated synoptic panel for displaying the status of the equipment and the process data, both locally and remotely controllable. The switchboard will be equipped with all magnetothermic protection systems and switches, including general ones featuring voltage and amperage indicators;

  • Connection cables for all motors with relative junction boxes.
