The project

A simple and reliable facility

The proposed pyrolysis plants can operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, minus 10-15 days for routine maintenance.

The gas obtained is used for the production of electricity and heat through cogeneration engines. It is preferred to use several engines instead of a single large capacity engine, which allows an engine to be stopped for routine maintenance (e.g., oil change) and maintaining constant electricity production.

The installations are modular and can be expanded by adding new treatment lines. Depending on the size, the plant may have several treatment lines that have in common certain sections.
